Herbal Digestifs and Bitters

Join Amanda Rose in her home in Longmont, CO to craft your own herbal digestifs and bitters!
Herbal digestifs are (generally alcohol based) drinks enjoyed before or after a meal, that can help the drinker more easily digest their meal. It often can help digest heavy, high fat foods that can cause indigestion.
An herbal bitter is something you take before each meal, to stimulate the release of digestive enzymes in the stomach and intestines, to help people more easily digest their meals. This can be alcohol or vinegar based, depending on your preference.
We will make a custom digestif and bitter for you to take home and enjoy. Amanda will provide all organic herbs, jars, and ingredients needed to make each recipe, along with the information and education needed for you to continue making these on your own.

Amanda Rose has been teaching herbalism for over 10 years. She has over 15 years and thousands of hours of education which she has combined to offer you a comprehensive, well rounded classes to meet your learning goals.
Amanda Rose loves teaching people about how to use basic herbs in our every day life to promote health, happiness, and connection.
She loves helping people learn in a deep and meaningful way how to connect with our plant friends, and work with them to help support our body, mind and spirit as well.
Incorporating ceremony, meditations, and grounding practices takes her herbal education to a different level, helping bring a level of connection not everyone might find in a typical herbal course.
